Q: How will my art arrive?
A: All Framed and Canvas art arrives ready to hang. Canvas art arrives stretched over either .75" or 1.5" premium stretcher bars and with hanging hardware already attached. Hardware style depends on the size and/or frame type selected.
Q: Can I change the color of a piece if custom color is not provided as an option?
A: One-of-a-kind customization is what we're all about. In most cases, we can customize color even if we don't present customization as an option. Please live chat, phone, or e-mail if you don't see an option you like.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: While each piece is individually customized just for you, we're getting good at this :) Virtually every piece ships within 1 to 2 weeks. We provide you an update with tracking information as soon as it ships.
Q: What if I don't see a size I want?
A: We can make your art virtually any size you'd like. Live chat, phone, or e-mail us what you're looking for.
Q: Why can't I see a 'real time' visual of my art?
A: In order to achieve the one-of-a-kind art we provide, each and every piece is individually customized by a singular (real life) artist, not some computer algorithm :) You may however request a proof during checkout (we’ll prompt you) - We only ask that you provide an email address you check frequently. When requested, proofs typically arrive in about 48 hours.
Q: Why would I choose a 1.5" thick canvas depth over a .75" thick canvas depth?
A: A standard canvas depth of .75" is perfectly beautiful... but, well it's 'standard' (as the name implies :)). Stepping up to the 1.5" canvas depth provides a more premium gallery feel. Your art pops further off the wall, thus creating more presence, drama and shadow.
